A desktop window and tray icon for the recorder app, arriving through its normal automatic update

The recorder app has no window today. Its controls live on your profile page and only work in some browsers after a permission prompt. We are building a desktop window with a tray icon on Windows and a menu bar icon on macOS. - See whether the app is linked to your account, which game folder and addon it uses, and each save with its last send. - Send now, pause, turn automatic updates and start at login on or off, update now, and open your records on the site. - The window comes in the site's ten languages and follows the game's look. If you already run the app, the window arrives with its next automatic update. You do not need to reinstall, link again or lose your upload history.

Read more item names in your chosen language

Recognize items by their game names when reading German, Spanish, French, Korean, Portuguese, Russian or Chinese pages. We plan to fill missing translations that currently leave English names inside otherwise localized guides and item lists. The same name will appear on the item page and its preview cards. Existing translations will remain authoritative, and an item without a supported translation will retain its known English name.

Limit quest browsing to the Forever beta’s level range

Follow quest links without being sent toward adventures above the Forever beta’s level 30 limit. We are removing those quests from browsing and search, together with references that would lead to unavailable pages. Remaining quest chains and dungeon preparation steps will keep their useful links. An old address for a removed quest will explain that the page is unavailable rather than suggest the quest is currently playable.

Keep beta browsing focused on reachable items and recipes

Browse items and recipes that are relevant to the level 30 Forever beta. We are removing unreachable higher-level records while retaining items players have actually encountered or that supported recipes and rewards need. Existing equipment and crafting plans will keep their remaining choices when a removed item disappears. A notice will explain the adjustment, rather than leaving the whole plan unusable.

Use familiar game and community terms throughout every translation

Read interface wording that matches how your game and fellow players describe the same concept. We plan to extend terminology corrections beyond the main glossary into controls, introductions and page descriptions. The same concept will retain consistent wording across the site. Where one English word has different meanings, the translation will follow the intended game context rather than a misleading literal match.

Locate quest givers and turn-ins on the game zone map

See a quest giver or turn-in position on the appropriate game zone map beside its name and coordinates. We plan to make each pin a useful link with a preview of the same NPC. Desktop pages will keep the map stable while its image loads. Phone readers will retain the location text, and missing localized art will not be replaced by a misleading map.

Report mistakes and follow site suggestions in one feedback portal

Report an incorrect value, describe a bug or vote on a site improvement through the feedback portal. We plan to make it reachable from navigation and from the entry you are reading. Reports will keep the relevant page context, and earlier feedback will retain its authors and reachable links. Player discussions and shared builds will remain separate from suggestions directed to the site team.

See dungeon level ranges within the current beta limits

Check a dungeon level range before deciding where to run. We plan to add supported ranges to dungeon pages while keeping them within the beta level cap. The range will belong to the actual dungeon rather than a similarly named entry. Where the information is still unknown, the page will not invent levels that could send your group to an unsuitable run.

Zoom through clear Forever terrain with responsive map controls

Zoom toward a destination while keeping map detail readable and movement responsive to wheel or trackpad input. We plan to group useful markers by the job you are doing rather than crowd the map with unexplained controls. Your selected location will remain stable as you change layers or reverse a zoom. Overlapping names will wait for space instead of obscuring nearby places.

Understand unnamed quest steps through their actual objectives

Read an understandable quest step even when its title is unavailable. We plan to use the game objective or known giver and zone context rather than display an unexplained number or invent a name. The same label will appear in search and on the quest page. Long objectives will wrap, and following the step will preserve the correct quest and your return position.

Read quest lines and return to the same step

Follow a quest story through its objectives and related steps, with links to givers and rewards. We plan to distinguish the order of a story from requirements that actually unlock a quest. Checking a related entry and going back will restore your reading position. The reference will work without sign-in or manual completion marks, while earlier saved records remain preserved.

The recorder app and the site keep working when Forever leaves beta, with tamper-proof updates

The recorder app that sends your game data to the site only recognised the beta client. A launch or even a new beta patch would have stopped uploads without a word. We are fixing that. - The list of accepted game clients and realms now comes from the site. A launch needs a data update, not a new app. - The site accepts saves from any listed client, and new realms show their auction houses right away. - If the app finds a game client it does not recognise, it names it instead of going quiet. - App updates are signed. In testing, an altered or unsigned update was refused, and a valid one installed. These changes reach players with the next app release, which installed copies pick up on their own. A translated message on the site for unrecognised clients is still to come.

Item price charts now show the vendor price and the disenchant value next to the lowest buyout

An item's price chart used to show only the lowest buyout and the supply. It now adds two lines, so you can compare the cheapest listing with the other ways to turn the item into gold. - Sell Price: what a vendor pays for the item, as a flat line. - Disenchant: the expected value of the materials from disenchanting one item on the chosen auction house, each material priced at its lowest buyout. For example, a Notched Shortsword shows a sell price of 2 silver 44 copper and a disenchant value of 1 silver 37 copper. Both lines are labelled on the price scale and in the status line, in all ten languages, on desktop and phone. Disenchant yields currently follow the original Classic tables until recorded Forever disenchants are available.

Publish a build card and discover shared builds for your class

Show your character as one build card with its class, talent choices and supported game details. We are connecting share images and public build pages to a hub where players can browse by class or recent popularity. Readers will be able to like, discuss and deliberately copy a build into their own planning. Existing private plans will remain separate from publishing.

Use record pages sooner without downloading the full database first

Open a recipe, item, spell or enchantment page and reach its useful content sooner. We are reducing the information needed for a single record while keeping previews and ordinary links working. Saved-plan edits will still preserve choices from other professions and classes. A smaller initial page must not prune your plan or leave a control appearing ready before it can safely use your saved work.

Read complete item tooltips, including missing stats and effects

Hover an item and read the useful lines shown by the game, including supported durability, percentage bonuses and effects missing from simpler descriptions. We are improving entries such as Hammer of Orgrimmar without guessing absent values. A requirement colored for one observed character will not be presented as applying to everyone. The tooltip will keep the item’s actual facts distinct from personal eligibility.

Item and quest lists hide above-level-30 entries by default

Browse Items or Quests with entries above the Forever beta level cap hidden by default. A filter lets you show every level when you want to look further ahead. The choice stays in the shared address and survives reload. Higher-level entries retain their own pages, so existing links remain useful even when those entries are outside the default list.

Find item sources and quest connections without leaving the game

Search an item or quest inside Forever and inspect its known sources, uses and related steps. We plan to keep this reference useful without a website account or a separate character setup. Following a related record will preserve the query and selection for return. Missing facts will stay unknown, and ordinary game clicks and item links will continue to behave normally.

Browse Forever pages comfortably on phones and tablets

Browse non-map pages with full labels, readable facts and controls you can reach on a phone or tablet. We are keeping recipe materials and other dense content inside the available width. Touch actions and return navigation will preserve the same context as desktop browsing. Map location pages will still provide useful text and links, while interactive maps remain a desktop experience.

Community pages reject invalid observations and keep hidden characters private

Read community information with stronger protection against impossible prices, invented market identities and malformed contributions. Obvious invalid observations no longer enter the public results through the corrected paths. Hidden main characters also stay out of visitor titles and banners. Existing valid contributions remain usable, while repeated or conflicting actions are prevented from silently changing another player’s work or overwhelming ordinary participation.

  21. Planned

Keep game art and entry details intact through site updates

Continue seeing familiar game images and complete entry details when the site updates. We plan to keep the artwork and information used by current Forever pages available throughout those changes. An item or ability you already recognize should retain its image and useful facts. Returning to an existing page will not require learning a different presentation or accepting missing artwork.

Sign-in buttons show the provider name and a useful last-used marker

Choose a sign-in provider from buttons that now show its name without a repeated Continue tag. Only the provider you last used carries the Last used marker. This keeps the chooser easier to scan and makes the remembered choice stand out for a reason. The available providers and their sign-in behavior remain the same, so the remembered choice still leads to your usual account.

Quest and item pages connect more missing requirements, locations and sources

Read fuller quest information with available eligibility, prerequisites, rewards and objective locations. Item pages also connect more known acquisition sources to the places and creatures involved. These additions keep existing game facts in place while filling previously empty answers. Localized names and linked map destinations make it easier to continue from a quest or item to the relevant next step.

Currencies show their descriptions and maximum amounts

Look up currencies such as Darkmoon Prize Tickets and Honor Points with their game names, descriptions and known maximums. Player-facing currencies are kept separate from internal counters that do not belong in the reference. Earning and spending sources remain unknown where they are not established. The pages give you the available facts without inventing a vendor or reward path.

Manage your recorder connection and updates from your profile

See the recorder running on your computer from your profile and control it in the same place. We are adding clear actions to send available information, pause sharing, update or change the selected game folder. The page will distinguish a connected computer from one it cannot reach. Personal statistics and their timeline will update when new information arrives, without requiring a fresh page load.

See what each entry does, where it comes from and what uses it

Open an item or other Forever entry and find its defining facts beside relevant sources, requirements and uses. We are connecting those sections to the exact related records and keeping empty sections out of the way. Dungeon pages will lead to their bosses, loot and quests. Ordinary lookups will work without sign-in or character setup, and unrelated development-only entries will stay out of browsing.

Browse Forever with familiar Warcraft art and clearer navigation

Recognize the game and your current place as you move between lookups and planners. We are using familiar Warcraft artwork and controls around a clearer header, searchable sidebar and useful page content. A simple lookup will not inherit unnecessary character setup. Long names and changing page widths will remain readable, while returning home or moving through history will mark the destination you actually opened.

  28. In progress

Share entry links with the right game image and localized name

Share an item, spell or other Forever entry with a preview that shows the actual subject. We are matching its game art, name and useful facts to the language of the page. Long names and different writing systems will remain readable. Missing art will not be replaced by an unrelated image, so a friend can recognize what the link opens.

Read group effects without maintaining a second roster

Look up relevant abilities and Camping exclusions without re-entering every group member and build. We are replacing the manual roster with direct references that answer the useful preparation questions. Existing member profiles and saved contributions will remain preserved. Older links will lead to the relevant reference page, and the site will not imply that repeated effect rows establish whether those effects stack.

  30. In progress

Keep auction prices separate by region, realm and faction house

Choose the market you actually use and see its own prices and history. We are distinguishing same-named realms in different regions, while keeping Alliance, Horde and Blackwater houses separate. House labels will include a region where it identifies a different market. Existing beta markets will retain their familiar names, and switching houses will not combine their listings or chart values.

Flight paths list connected destinations and fares by continent

Browse flight destinations grouped by continent and see the connected routes with their game fares. The flight-path reference now gives travelers a way to check onward connections before choosing a destination. Faction availability is left unstated where it is not established. This keeps a known route and price useful without implying that every character can use the flight.

Look up spell ranks and learning requirements without creating a plan

Find an ability through search or its class spellbook and compare its ranks, effects and learning requirements together. We are keeping useful filters available without requiring a saved character. Talent and requirement links will lead to the exact related entry. If you arrived from a build, returning will retain it, while missing cost or cooldown information will not become a guessed value.

Read feature updates with examples and images in your language

Discover what changed in character building, record pages and search through articles in your chosen language. We are pairing each explanation with images of the same localized site experience. Language switching will keep the same article, and claims will match what works in that language. A feature available only in English will not be presented as already available everywhere.

Enchantment targets and localized tooltip text now read correctly

Find the actual weapon or armor types an enchantment can affect, including clear distinctions between one-handed and two-handed weapons. Compatible item pages now retain their matching enchantment choices. Localized tooltips no longer show the corrected doubled percentage signs or unreadable formatting, and more boss sources use their game names in the page language. Irrelevant placeholder gear has also been removed from browsing.

Keep already-open tabs usable after a site update

Return to a tab you left open and continue searching, previewing entries and editing the same plan after the site updates. We are keeping those actions from breaking simply because the page was opened earlier. If one feature needs another attempt, its retry will preserve input and the active control. Recovering it should not require discarding your plan or starting from a fresh page.

    The Azeroth DB team

  36. Planned

Distinguish weapon attributes from temporary effects in equipment comparisons

Compare weapons without mistaking a temporary imbue for a permanent equipment bonus. We plan to account for effects such as Rockbiter Weapon when explaining changes in attack power. Weapon-specific critical strike changes also need an explanation grounded in the game. Where that explanation remains unresolved, the comparison will not present an unexplained difference as a reliable benefit of swapping weapons.

Dungeon guides connect preparation, stages and boss-specific advice

Prepare for a supported Forever dungeon with its quests, run stages and boss details in one guide. Boss sections connect available abilities and loot with guidance for the different party roles. Each guided boss has a page with a path to the next encounter. Translations retain the same run context, while dungeons outside the beta’s supported level range stay out of the active directory.

Traded items and same-name variants retain pages and auction prices

Find items players actually own or trade even when another item shares their name. Shared pages now keep each distinct version’s full name, tooltip and sources, with prices combined only for genuinely identical versions. Entries such as Dark Iron Leather and Gloves of Old are no longer lost through overly broad exclusion. Search lists the shared page once, and older addresses continue to reach the appropriate item.

Quest pages show known givers and objectives on their zone map

Open Quests from the header and see known pickup, turn-in and recorded objective locations on the quest page. Map pins link to the matching placement so the location can be explored further. Previously available giver information is retained as quests gain fuller records. Phone layouts keep readable location links, and quests without known positions do not draw a misleading map.

Find more recorded herb and ore locations on the Forever map

Locate Peacebloom, Earthroot and Copper Veins that Forever players have encountered but the map cannot yet identify. We are connecting those sightings to known gathering names and skill requirements. The Herbs and Ore layers will gain supported locations as those observations become available for the current game information. Selecting a node will retain its gathering context rather than leave an unexplained marker.

Find zone services, quest locations, rares and fishing waters on the map

Open a zone and choose the kind of place you need, such as an innkeeper, trainer, quest giver or fishing water. We are adding useful layers with actual locations and recognizable game icons. Each placement will lead to its own page and related entry. The map will keep known services and recorded sightings clear rather than invent locations to fill an empty layer.

    The Azeroth DB team

  42. In progress

Open and share exact map locations with useful return links

Find a source on the Forever map and open its own location page, with the matching placement selected. We are connecting those points to related entries so returning restores the same place. Desktop map controls will keep layers and selected details readable. On phones, location text and links will remain useful without requiring an interactive map, and different placements will retain distinct destinations.

Compare eligible races and their actual racial traits

Choose a class filter and compare the races that can play it, with their actual racial differences aligned for reading. We are making this a direct reference rather than a separate race-management task. Racial links will open their spell details, and excluded class combinations will be clear. The comparison will avoid a universal best-race score and will not require account setup.

More Forever quests are searchable with their own readable pages

Find quests such as Ceasing Operations through a partial name and open their available details. The quest directory and search now include many entries that were previously unreachable through the site. Pages retain known levels, objectives and available giver information without inventing missing facts. Existing quest links remain stable as fuller records become available, and the same quest is not duplicated in search.

Talent pages show every rank, prerequisite and connected build

Read a talent on its own page with its rank effects, tree position and prerequisites together. The page also shows what the talent unlocks and links into the calculator with the correct talent selected. Available published-build usage gives context without replacing the game facts. Class calculators now connect to their top published builds, and localized talent links retain the same identity.

Player contributions fill more quest giver, turn-in and loot locations

Find quest givers, turn-ins and loot sources drawn from the combined discoveries of contributing players. Quest information now includes supported observations beyond a single player’s route through the game. Offered quests can establish a giver without requiring every detail window to be opened, and item-started quests are not falsely assigned to an NPC. Missing names or quest records remain gaps rather than misleading links.

Honor ranks show faction names, rewards and related Legacy challenges

Browse Honor ranks with their Alliance and Horde names and the rewards associated with each rank. The reference now connects available titles and relevant Legacy challenges to the same progression. Honor and Rank Points have their own currency reference, while the listed Field of Honor challenges retain their game wording. This keeps reward research together without asking you to maintain another personal progress checklist.

Read useful Forever answers and a connected history of game updates

Find guides and news that answer real Forever questions, with links to the exact items, abilities and quests they discuss. We are expanding useful answers rather than creating a tutorial for every feature. Patch history will keep announced changes separate from current database values and explain relevant consequences. Articles will carry their own images and preserve the same subject when you switch language or return from an entry.

Check regional login and download problems with recent history

Check whether a login, game-update or download problem affects your region and see how the situation has changed. We are keeping regional status and recent interruptions together on one page. Login delays will be measured against each region’s usual response rather than making a distant region always look worse. Missing readings will stay distinct from a confirmed outage, with clear history for recent time windows.

Fill missing Forever quest titles and requirements

Find the actual title and known requirements of the Forever quest you need. We are improving incomplete quest information as more game facts become available, while retaining useful answers already on the site. Quest and reward links will stay attached to the same object. A similarly named quest from another edition will not silently replace the Forever one you were looking for.

The home page explains how recorded play helps you and other players

Discover the optional recorder from the home page and read its guide in any supported language. Changing language keeps you on the same guide, with its own artwork and wording rather than an unrelated installation page.

Find regular guides for factions, classes, professions and launch preparation

Return to the home page for useful Forever guides and news answering player questions. We are expanding coverage of race and class choices, profession progression and launch preparation in the supported languages. Guidance will distinguish announced changes from current game values and keep links to relevant entries. New pieces will use their own images and appear as available content rather than empty promises of future articles.

Keep browsing responsive as more players and languages use the site

Move between detailed entries, planners and languages without extra waiting as the site handles other readers. We are reducing unnecessary resource use while retaining the complete information each page needs. The changes will preserve existing links and the first action you take on a page. You should not need additional loading steps or lose useful facts for browsing to stay responsive.

Holiday pages show game descriptions, duration and faction

Find the holidays visible in the game calendar with their own names, descriptions and available duration and faction information. The reference leaves out entries that the game does not present to players. Calendar dates are not shown where their meaning is unconfirmed. You can read the useful event details without mistaking an uncertain date for an announced schedule.

Price history uses game time and stays consistent when observations arrive out of order

Read auction history with supported observations placed at the time recorded by the game rather than an incorrect computer clock. Equal-time observations now produce a consistent result regardless of their arrival order. Impossible timestamps do not move prices arbitrarily into the past or future. Repeated contributions remain single observations, keeping the chart from changing simply because the same information was sent again.

See the recorder guide’s examples in your own language

Read the recorder guide with images of the pages it describes, including a character sheet, linked planner and sharing controls. We are matching each example to the language of the guide. Tool introductions explain the game system and its default keys

Read how a game system works before using its site tool. Tool index pages now explain where the system opens in game, relevant unlocks and the basic actions using the terms shown by the selected language. Recorded default keys appear alongside the relevant instructions, including Legacy, Talents and the Spellbook. The explanation leads into the existing tool without changing your plan.

Contributions are checked against real game versions before they affect the site

Shared discoveries now reject unsupported game-version claims instead of accepting every version a contribution names. Valid observations from announced game updates remain available through the same contribution path. Existing account content is protected when the site cannot safely accept more contributions or images. These protections reduce disruption without presenting every submitted value as independently confirmed game truth.

Understand how player data is used and the terms of using the site

Find a privacy notice that explains the actual use of sign-in information, saved plans and community contributions, including character information you choose to share. These pages will describe the service players use rather than leave essential expectations scattered across unrelated screens.

Interface wording follows familiar game terms across supported languages

Read the interface using the game terms associated with each concept, including Camping, reagents and Legacy. Russian wording now keeps Legacy distinct from Heirloom, and equivalent terminology corrections extend across the other published translations. Navigation, tool labels and page descriptions use consistent phrasing. This reduces the need to mentally translate unfamiliar wording back into the terms you recognize from playing.

Make equipment comparisons match the character values shown in game

Compare equipment using values that agree with the same character in Forever, including supported enchants and set effects. We are distinguishing equipment contributions from full totals that require known base attributes. Where a complete total is not established, the panel will show what the equipment adds instead. The picker will also keep slot search and equipping direct, so planning a set requires less repeated interaction.

Improve search for the names and misspellings players actually use

Find the intended record with the names, partial terms and common mistakes used in real searches. We are improving results across supported languages, including groups of entries that share a name. Matching records should remain visible with useful distinguishing facts, and typing should stay responsive on phones. Unfinished text will remain separate from searches you deliberately submit, while private plan information stays excluded.

Look up achievement requirements and the records they concern

Find an achievement and read its description, criteria and available reward or faction connections. We are organizing useful entries by their game categories so exploration and class or profession goals are easier to understand. Character-only statistics will not become empty standalone answers. Hidden or irrelevant entries will stay out, while each useful achievement links to the facts that explain its requirements.

Help fill the database with discoveries from ordinary play

Choose to share game discoveries so other players can find better drop, gathering and quest information. We are making contribution setup a one-time task, with changed information sent after the game saves. Combined drop observations will retain their sample size rather than imply certainty. Personal play statistics will stay separate from what you contributed, and ordinary play will not be interrupted by automatic interface reloads.

Recipe pages put the product, reagents and skill gains together

Read a recipe as one focused crafting page with its product tooltip, reagent slots and skill-up range. The page now shows familiar crafting art and keeps requirements close to the materials they explain. Batch quantities update have-and-need amounts, and the relevant profession list remains nearby. Unnecessary character bars and repeated navigation have been removed, while phone layouts keep the recipe and reagents readable.

Keep Forever facts accurate as game information improves

Read game facts and rules that match Forever while keeping existing plans understandable when talents or items change. We are filling missing information and correcting values without clearing unrelated saved choices. Older item links will continue to reach the same renamed entry where possible. Removed talents will leave their points available again rather than making the rest of a shared build unreadable.

Legacy challenges and reward thresholds are linked from the planner

See Legacy challenges grouped by their game categories, with their requirements and awarded points. The Progress Track shows reward thresholds and links to available reward items, alongside your entered earned-point total. Named classes and professions connect to their relevant pages. Dungeon steps link where useful records exist, while unavailable destinations remain text instead of leading to empty pages or a separate completion checklist.

Item, spell and enchantment pages put their defining facts first

Read a focused item, spell or enchantment page without unrelated planning controls above the answer. Item effects and acquisition details now lead, while crafting uses and compatible enchantments remain connected below. Spell effects and ranks use readable grouped rows, and enchantments show their reagents and skill ranges. The layouts retain game artwork and wrap their content on smaller screens without requiring the full database to open an item.

Container pages show known contents and link back from their rewards

Discover what a clam, lockbox or reward bag can contain, with linked items and supported quantity ranges. Clam Meat names Small Barnacled Clam among its sources, and the clam’s page links back to the meat. Recorded openings can add observed chances without treating outside percentages as measured Forever results. Containers with unknown contents remain visibly incomplete rather than displaying an invented reward list.

Find recorded gathering nodes for your profession and skill

Choose a gathering profession and skill to find relevant recorded herb, ore or fishing locations. We are connecting each node to what players gathered there and the available skill requirements. The planned zone comparison will help locate a chosen herb or vein. Recorded sightings will stay distinct from a complete spawn inventory, so an empty area does not falsely mean the resource cannot appear there.

Continue your browser plan after signing in without losing either copy

Sign in after choosing talents or recipes and keep the work you already made. We are preserving meaningful browser and account plans until you choose how to handle different copies. Successful saves will be acknowledged, while conflicts and failures will offer recovery. Signing out or switching accounts will keep records separate and return you to the task you were using.

Compare recorded auction prices and their history by realm and house

Check the latest recorded lowest buyout, available quantity and price history for an item on your chosen realm and auction house. We are connecting the market list directly to item pages. History will offer readable price candles and supported intervals without treating unobserved periods as new trades. When finer detail lacks enough observations, the page will explain the gap instead of drawing a misleading history.

Search Forever from the address bar or selected text

Type a game name from the browser address bar or select text on another page and look it up through the right-click menu. We are preparing a browser extension that opens the corresponding site search. Name suggestions will help you choose the intended entry before navigating. The result remains an ordinary site page, so you can continue into its sources and related records.

Search ranks quests and other records by the match you intended

Search names, partial phrases or common misspellings across the published game records. Quests now appear alongside other matching kinds instead of being buried under loosely related item results. Rows show useful distinguishing facts, and kind filters make the next choice clear. The full search page retains its query, sorting and page in the address, while closing header search restores the underlying page and position.

Keep private plans and account activity out of public usage tracking

Use private plans without their contents or account-page activity becoming part of public browsing measurements. We are keeping those details separate when you move back to an ordinary game page. Text you are still typing will remain distinct from a search you deliberately submit. This change preserves the same reading and planning experience while preventing private context from following you into public-page activity.

Contributing game discoveries keeps its existing automatic save-sharing behavior

Keep contributing discoveries automatically after the game saves through your existing connection. Your character information and shared discoveries continue to arrive together without another set of choices to manage. Previously recorded auction information is not counted again as a new observation merely because it is sent again. The price history retains the same observations while ordinary contribution sharing stays unchanged.

Save your latest equipment, talents and Legacy choices at logout

Keep your character profile aligned with the equipment, talent ranks and Legacy perks you applied before logging out. We are fixing cases where those changes reach the site only after a separate manual save. Unapplied choices will remain excluded. Changing one tree will not prevent an applied perk in another tree from being recorded, so planning starts from the character you actually left in the game.

Auction previews describe available price information without promising every market

Read an Auction House preview that explains the price, quantity and history features without promising observations for every realm or faction house. The wording now stays accurate when a market has not been recorded. The introduction still explains the separate houses and their game sale cuts. You can tell what the page offers without confusing its general purpose with complete coverage of every market.

Keep pages responsive and saved work recoverable through site interruptions

Open complete game pages quickly and use immediate controls without waiting for optional details. We are keeping search and planner input intact when a delayed feature needs another attempt. Site interruptions or a problematic update should not change the meaning of your saved records. Recovery will preserve the same plans and useful page content instead of leaving a different result behind.

Profiles have shareable handles and account controls in one place

Share your profile through its own readable handle and manage it on the same page. Owners can edit their name and picture, choose a main character and control what becomes public. Visitors see shared characters, builds and approved contributions rather than private account controls. The Share action copies or opens the device sharing option, and profile links throughout the site use the same address.

The recorder has one page for setup status and controls

Open the recorder page and see whether the program, game folder and first shared save are ready. Missing steps show the relevant action, including a clear distinction between a browser permission prompt and a program that is not running. Computer controls, records and visibility choices are now together. Your public profile keeps its summary while private recorder management remains on the dedicated page.

Search has a full page with filters, ranges and shareable results

Narrow search results by the facts that matter to each kind of record. Items offer equipment filters, quests offer level and faction choices, and recipes offer profession and skill requirements. The header gives a short preview without replacing the page you are reading. Open the full results to sort, browse without a query or share your filtered view; returning and reloading preserve those choices.

Linked characters appear on your open profile as their first information arrives

Stay on your profile after linking your computer and see characters and contribution totals appear without reloading the page. The waiting state now explains that logging out of the game makes the first information available. The profile keeps the linked computer visible and refreshes when you return. Visibility choices control what visitors see, and unlinking asks for confirmation before removing the connection.

Count random item rolls in equipment plans

Choose an item’s random roll, such as a Willow Belt of the Owl, and include its attributes in your equipment totals. The selected roll remains visible beside the item and survives saving or sharing the plan. Plans following a recorded character use the observed roll where available. This keeps comparisons from treating rolled equipment as if its additional attributes were missing.

Open the map from an item or plan with the relevant places selected

Follow an item, quest or material plan directly to the places that concern it. We are connecting those pages to selected map locations and keeping the return to the original entry straightforward. Gathering maps will remember a chosen zone when another item has locations there. Missing-material plans will lead toward relevant gathering choices, while phone pages retain useful zone links instead of a crowded map.

Focus page wording on useful game facts and actions

Read clear game information instead of generic filler or distracting technical notices. We plan to keep page titles and controls consistent with the actual content and action available. Original game wording will remain intact where it carries meaning. The result should make the released site easier to read and use without changing facts merely to force a uniform writing pattern.

Open the exact website entry from an item or quest in game

Choose View on website while inspecting an item or quest in Forever and open that same entry in your browser. We want this to be a direct click rather than a copy-and-paste task or a wait for logout. The destination will preserve the selected game object and available language. If opening is unavailable, the action will say so instead of claiming success.

Compare item sources, prices and crafting value on the item page

Open an item page and find the supported answers relevant to that item, including acquisition, uses and recorded prices. We plan to keep conclusions tied to actual figures rather than repeat generic advice across unrelated items. Crafting comparisons will distinguish each auction house and known vendor costs. A listed buy price will not be mistaken for a real vendor offer, and missing information will stay explicit.

Get ability requirements and record-page answers earlier in the page

Inspect an ability such as Pick Pocket or Travel Form and find its defining effect and requirements before unrelated controls. We are keeping the main answer close to the game-style tooltip across record and crafting pages. Supported form requirements and missing weapon facts will become readable, while same-name quest sources gain distinguishing context. Following a recipe or class reference and returning will preserve your place.

Shared map links preserve the view and selected layers

Send a map link that opens at the same center and zoom with the same hidden layers. The address now carries those choices rather than relying on preferences stored only in your browser. A receiver sees the shared view even when their saved map preferences differ. Opening it does not replace those personal preferences, and the link still belongs to the same zone or placement.

Character planning has one equipment, talent and Legacy workspace

Plan a character in one workspace with a game-style equipment sheet, legal slot choices and supported equipment bonuses. Ordinary item, race and search pages now stay free of unrelated character controls. The builder preserves the same character across tabs and shared links. Published builds connect back from the items and races they use, while copying a build remains a deliberate planning action.

Share comments and screenshots with clear publication states

Contribute a comment or screenshot to the Forever page it belongs to and see whether it is awaiting review or publicly available. We are keeping private drafts separate from published contributions. Edits and failed uploads will have clear recovery without exposing unfinished content. Public profiles will show appropriate published work with useful subject links, while site corrections and suggestions go through the feedback portal.

Builds include legal enchants, set bonuses and source-based gear choices

Equip compatible enchants and see the set bonuses completed by your chosen pieces. The builder now connects candidates to their drop, quest or crafting sources and lets you sort around the stat you value. Published builds carry a role and purpose, with filters for finding relevant examples in each supported language. Item and enchantment pages link to builds that actually use them.

Follow database links to the correct Forever entry

Follow a Forever item to its recipe, source or related spell without landing on facts from another edition. We are completing the connections between entries and keeping their names, images and language consistent. Useful existing saved records will remain preserved as unrelated edition pages leave navigation. Missing game information will not be disguised as a confirmed relationship to a different object.

Faction pages connect reputation requirements to useful rewards

Look up a faction and see the published items that require its reputation, with the minimum standing each item needs. Related faction groups and relevant achievement criteria give that requirement more context. Names use the game’s wording in each supported language. Following a reputation requirement now leads to a useful reference instead of leaving you to search for the faction separately.

Find item sources with measured drop chances and honest uncertainty

Open an item and see known ways to obtain it, with recorded drop chances tied to actual attempts and finds. We are combining contributions while keeping relevant quest conditions and uncertainty visible. Sources with no recorded find will not be presented as a confirmed drop. Profiles will distinguish rare finds from item quality, and character tabs will identify faction and realm type more clearly.

Mounts, companions and toys link to their teaching items

Browse Forever mounts, companions and toys with their game names, descriptions and available source information. Collection entries now link to the published items that teach them where that relationship is known. This helps you move from an interesting collectible to the relevant item. Missing teaching items or unavailable game images remain gaps rather than being replaced with unrelated entries or invented artwork.

Older item links now reach their matching Forever entries

Follow an older link for an item such as Cured Light Hide or Peacebloom and reach the corresponding Forever page. Supported earlier addresses now resolve through the same item identity rather than becoming a dead end. Links to unrelated entries from other editions remain unavailable. This preserves useful search and shared links without sending you to a different item simply to avoid a missing page.
