Item and quest lists hide above-level-30 entries by default

Browse Items or Quests with entries above the Forever beta level cap hidden by default. A filter lets you show every level when you want to look further ahead.

The choice stays in the shared address and survives reload. Higher-level entries retain their own pages, so existing links remain useful even when those entries are outside the default list.
