Read group effects without maintaining a second roster

Look up relevant abilities and Camping exclusions without re-entering every group member and build. We are replacing the manual roster with direct references that answer the useful preparation questions.

Existing member profiles and saved contributions will remain preserved. Older links will lead to the relevant reference page, and the site will not imply that repeated effect rows establish whether those effects stack.
