Understand unnamed quest steps through their actual objectives

Read an understandable quest step even when its title is unavailable. We plan to use the game objective or known giver and zone context rather than display an unexplained number or invent a name.

The same label will appear in search and on the quest page. Long objectives will wrap, and following the step will preserve the correct quest and your return position.
