Enchantment targets and localized tooltip text now read correctly

Find the actual weapon or armor types an enchantment can affect, including clear distinctions between one-handed and two-handed weapons. Compatible item pages now retain their matching enchantment choices.

Localized tooltips no longer show the corrected doubled percentage signs or unreadable formatting, and more boss sources use their game names in the page language. Irrelevant placeholder gear has also been removed from browsing.
