Player contributions fill more quest giver, turn-in and loot locations

Find quest givers, turn-ins and loot sources drawn from the combined discoveries of contributing players. Quest information now includes supported observations beyond a single player’s route through the game.

Offered quests can establish a giver without requiring every detail window to be opened, and item-started quests are not falsely assigned to an NPC. Missing names or quest records remain gaps rather than misleading links.
